ASSI’s True Freedom offers two-part plans that provide a combination of home care and companionship / adult daycare services that keep seniors safe and happy in their homes.
ASSI’s Part A includes hours dedicated to adult daycare and companion services. Whether its playing cards, reading the newspaper, building puzzles or just chatting over a cup of coffee, this service will help homebound seniors feel connected and cared for.
ASSI’s Part B includes hours for home care services that help to keep seniors safe and independent in their homes. These services include:

  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, toileting, bathing and dressing
  • Laundry and homemaking
  • Accompany to Doctors Appointment
  • Medication reminders
  • Assistance with mobility, phone calls and other activities
  • And much more
